How and when to submit the Online Study Plan

The submission of the Study Plan is only possible upon the regular payment of University fees for the academic year 2024/2025 |
If you belong to one of the Cohorts listed in the table below, you must submit your Study Plan online through Gestione carriere studenti(GCS), Menu>Piano di Studio, in these sessions:

*The Auto-approval Study plan is directly approved for free choice courses chosen by the student, provided they are part of the specific list made by the Degree Board
If your submitted study plan is rejected by the Degree Board, you can submit a new one during the session designated by the School as the "Recompilation" period.
Who must submit the Paper Study Plan
You must submit the Paper Study Plan if:
- You belong to a course or a cohort for which online submission is not available for this A.Y. (not listed in the table).
- You have changed Degree programme, transferred, or had career abbreviations and are submitting a study plan for the first time.
- You have taken exams during Erasmus which do not correspond to Unifi courses and have not yet received validation from your Degree Board.
- Your Study Plan has already been approved
How to submit the Paper Study Plan

1.Ask for the form by sending an email to scienze.pianistudio(AT)unifi.it with your student number and Degree Course in the subject. It is mandatory to write from your institutional email address (nome.cognome@edu.unifi.it) 2.Fill out the form, scan it and send it back to scienze.pianistudio(AT)unifi.it |
Extra variation of the Study Plan-Reserved for Graduating Students
If you intend to graduate by April 2025 (A.Y. 2023/24), you CANNOT submit a study plan (online or paper) for the 2024/25 academic year.
However, you may request an extra variation of your study plan within a window from the 60th to the 30th day before submitting your graduation application.
How to Request the extra variation of the Study Plan

1.Complete and sign this form. 2.Save a copy of the latest approved study plan from the GCS system. 3.Send an email to segreteriastudenti.morgagni(AT)unifi.it with: Subject: "Extra variation of Study Plan SMFN - Degree Programme Name - Name Surname" Attachments: The completed form (step 1); the copy of the latest approved study plan (step 2) |
Approval of the Extra variation Request
The approval of the request falls under the responsibility of the Degree Board that will assess each request based on the necessity and urgency required to justify the use of the extraordinary procedure (e.g. for submitting the graduation application).
